開心鬼（黃百鳴）轉世投胎，搖身變作某女子中學教師，在他班上，幾名愛捉弄人的調皮女生，戴卓儀（袁潔瑩）、MAY（羅美薇）和姚瓊（陳家玲），成立了以整人為樂的“卑鄙會”，開心鬼是她們最愛拿來開玩笑的對象。 開心鬼喜歡上隔壁男校某名女教師，正欲展開攻勢，發(fā)現(xiàn)該教師正被各方面條件都強于自己的某體育教師追求，相比形穢，開心鬼郁郁不得意，更受打擊的是，他因掉入戴卓儀一眾設的“陷阱”，遭校長誤會被迫離開學校。戴卓儀一眾后悔不迭，開始想辦法彌補過錯。
